Complain againt mabopane central city nedbank

I can't believe what I saw yesterday at the bank. A employee who comes reeking of alcohol smelling like a brewery and couldn't even speak well. The supervisor of nedbank central city mabopane could be seen that he has a terrible hangover. You can imagine an image of a big bank like this which we entrust with our finances can be handles by a drunk person. His name is Makhaya I couldn't believe a bank doesn't have policies against such behaviours and habits of their employees. Please resolve this issues because as a client I don't expect such services from my bank. It's terrible really. I was supposed to be assisted at their arms but yoh that service supplier was just not up to standard.
