Complain against Nedbank policy payouts

Nedbank policy payout is a serious issue because Nedbank has been playing games with me, telling me to fill certain forms when I'm done with those ones they request for others forms, it has been like this since last year, the last week of December. There are excuses each time I would call them and no clarity is given.
