Complain about the Insurance./ Ref ***5

I have a home loan with Nedbank since 2001 and paying for Loan Protection Assurance into the same account with the bond. In August the agent called me to take the life cover as I don't have the cover on my bond. There is amount of R177.00 which is included into my basis instalment amount and it is called Loan Protection Assurance and Nedbank are saying they unable to provide with the details of the policy holder . <br> <br> If the Nedbank is unable to provide/trace the required information about this Loan Protection Insurance amount then I need the refund.<br> <br> Thank you<br> Norah
