Complain about Nedbank, Home loan Department.

I would like to raise a complaint about Nedbank Home Loan department. I bought a house on June 2023. This year on July and August I have missed payment due to the delays of my salary from my employer. I am working in Asia, that makes more difficulties for communication with Nedbank. I will send them emails and there will be no reply. I will use Yolla app minutes to call the call centre .I will wait on the line until line goes off without assistance, some days I will get different agencies and keep transferring me from one another. They have sent me an email that due to my arrears and those missed payments, my account is at a default status. They will send evaluators to evaluate the house. On their email they have mentioned that I am not available for communication. o my surprise because I do send emails. I have banker but on this case I'm on my own because he never responded to my emails about this issue.
