complain

I took personal loan on 01/04/2005 with people's bank pavilion branch who then later become a part of Nedbank. Loan amount was R2000 plus administration fees of R800 so in total was R 2800, with monthly instalment of R338 for twelve month contract. <br> My contract was running from 01/04/2005 to 31/03/2006, so in 2006 March I went to Nedbank pavilion branch to ask them what was going to happen because at that time I was behand with one month instalment and person who was helping me he told me my contract is 24 month, I was confuse and also the *** was confuse why am paying so much instalment for 24 month contract. I then ask the guy for original copy of my contract and he couldn't find it. At the beginning I wasn't given my copy of contract and they only told me I must check my bank account in 24 hours.<br> <br> I ask the *** is it posable to borrow R2000 and pay R 6000 interest because if you took R338 * 24 month = R 8112 and didn't find an answer. Then he promise to get back to me, he need time to investigate matter. I never had anything from Nedbank, no latter and no telephone calls from them. Then I assume they realise the mistake and correct it. now am blacklisted bcoz of Nedbank
