Complain

On the 26 April 2021 I went to Nedbank branch in Florida to complain about the deduction of R110 by Mr Delivery into my personal account . The deduction took place on the 23 April 2021, I was promised that I will get response in 48 days period. Till now I haven't received not nothing. Please help me with this matter
