Complain

I’ve been waiting for my refund from Nedbank it’s close to 3months now . I ordered some meal months ago from KFC however they were also delaying with my refund and say I must contact my bank . But they ended up giving me authorisation code to give my bank and nedbank will reverse my money till this day I haven’t got my money back. I tried calling Nedbank but with no luck of finding them cause they not answering my calls.. I just want my money back that’s all.
