Complain

I and my mom have a joint bond at Nedbank for the past 6 years, Nedbank has always been deducting money from my account. I worked for a private company and I got paid on the 26th which I make my debit order date the last day of the month. On the 22nd February we received the sms saying from from March they will start deducting on the 15th since I get paid on the 15 which is not true. On the 25th I called Nedbank the lady who assisted me told me it was a mistake I should ignore the message. On the 13th March they sent another message to say ensure you have enough funds for debit order , On the 14th I then called them again to find out what is happening they transfered me from pillar to post but I finally speak to the lady by the name of Boitumelo Thlomelang she told me their system it pick up any body who is an educators and nurses because they get paid on the 15th to change their debit order ,how possible is that without contacting the customer to find out if they are happy with the date you just go and change the debit order. Worse part yes my mom she was an educator but she is on pension for over 5years now. and even when she was an Educator the educator in Limpopo never got paid on the 15th but the 22nd. I then tell Boitumelo not to take my momey and she suggested that because its already loaded they will deduct and then later reverse it . I said she can only do that if they send me a email informing me that they will remove our name from the category and make sure I dont ever receive the mail or they change my debit order without me signing anything. As we speak my money has been deducted without any email.
