Complain

I'm a forex trader... I did a withdrawal on Friday. Went to the branch and was told that my funds will reflect on Thursday but today is Friday. I called yesterday and they promised me that my funds will be sent to my account ASAP but nothing happened till today. I called today and they told me to wait and keep on giving me reference numbers. I always get my forex trading money through nedbank easily but now I don't get it why they are not sending my money to the account like they used to do before and still holding to them cause they even used to call me when they are about to send my funds but now I'm the one who calls them high and low. I'm no longer patient and im worried.
