Complain

Am highly dispontaide with Ballito Nedbank branch when ever I need assistance they always tell me I should go to the branch where I opened my account where as I opened my account telephonic am not happy as it is not the first this is being happening and today I had the same problembwith the consultant and the manager in charge was never called to forse what was happening, I believe that if you go to the branch of any bank you should be assited by anyone
