Phola Mall nedbank, there's is no professionalism in this branch. I have arrived at 10:50 today 29 April 2023 Saturday the door was already closed. At 11:30 i have knock to ask to what is happening since there's no one who is address us. Instead one of the nedbank employees called herself tsakani she was taking us a videos and giving attitude to us. Employees were swearing to clients. Until 12:00 there's was no one tried to assist. **** branch manager (Jonny) tell us via phone to leave the branch to come on Thursday 4th of May 2023 while on the 22 and 29 April 2023, we were not attend. Let Phola Nedbank close since they don't have respect to clients. They hire their girlfriends that's there's batho peleat branch. There was no manager they do as the please. WE WANT JUSTICE TO OUR COMMUNITY. NEDBANK HIRE QUALITY EMPLOYEES OR MOVE TO OUR COMMUNITY BECAUSE THIS IS AN ABUSE TO OUR ALDUTS COMMUNITY.
