Communication with Nedbank

New Nedbank money app doesn't work. Tried the branch in Menlyn. No customers at the counters. Waited & waited. No progress. Left without being helped. Where can I go for help? As pensioner, I want to apply for fee-free account. Menlyn Maine branch never got back to me. Website wont accept my message. Getting to talk to someone at Nedbank is a huge problem.
