Communication 101
I received a text message this morning informing me that one of my card are over the limit.<br> I have more than one Nedbank credit card. Is it too much trouble to inform me which account is problematic? Must I now spend an hour on the phone to a call centre to find out what Nedbank knows but can't tell me while it has gone to the trouble to half-inform me about? As useless as SAA Voyager has become and with Nedbank's less than stellar service for such expensive card it is time to dich them.
