COLLECTIONS DEPT .NO CALL BACK BY NEDBANK CONSULTANTS POOR SERCE

@Nedbank yesterday I called into your collections dept at 14:23 spoke to Zacharia,he was very helpful until I asked him to find out something for me,which he reluctantly agreed to,he dropped call on me&never called back. Crazy thing is before then I called in around 12:49 spoke to a lady, the line was bad, asked her to call me back,she agreed to but she never did, i forgot to take her name. DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM NEDBANK AND THEIR CONSULTANTS. They both verified my details, they had my contact numbers to call back but never did.
