COLLECTIONS DEDUCTING MY ACCOUNTS MORE THEN ONCE
have been banking with nedbank for years , and I had taken a loan with Nedbank previously . It happened that I had fell ill and couldn't pay my instalments for about 6 months immediately when I found a permanent job at SARS , I approached Nedbank to use my account I was declined and told that I had to settle the outstanding balance on the overdraft I had on my old account then open a new account , I decided to open an account with Capitec bank at the meantime and made arrangements with Nedbank to pay my debt and that was for 6 months.<br> In February 2016 I decided to go open a new bank account with nedbank for my salary to be paid in and had filled in a form for my debit orders little did I know that I was in for a terrible services and headache...I have arrangements for my loan ,for the actual loan and an additional amount for the arrears , but ever since nedbank loan takes their deduction and after 2 days they take out more I have called the collections department more the 20 times , they keep on refunding me and assure that it wont happen but it does , this month it has happen 3 times and right now my account is currently on a R -1147.00 , I don't know what to do anymore .
