COLLECTION OF CARD NEDBANK EASTGATE

<p>Went to Collect my replacement card. Was given number C005 on 22/12/2016... time 09:11.. sat and waited till 9:41 without calling out my card number. Everytime the time on the board increased with another few minutes. After a while a girl called me to the teller and she helped me. While I stood there waiting for my card, still my number was not called. I had to wait another 9 minutes, as the system was hanging. I really think this is ridiculous and takes up a lot of time, as I had to rush back to my work.</p> <p>Many thanks </p> <p>Sonet Snyman</p>
