Clueless inefficient lot
<p>App**** on line for a loan, it was all approved I was told to go to branch to take documents in which I did, after spending 45 minutes there filling in and signing hundreds of forms I was told they would let me know???</p> <p>I asked why it had to be approved when it was already done but i was told thats the way it works</p> <p>Anyway I then receive a message telling me to get lost, and that i should call the relationship person, only God knows who this is!!!!</p> <p>What amazes me about this clueless, *********** mob is that they tell me all is fine i waste 45 minutes getting jerked around by this lot only to be declined!!!</p> <p>I thought fnb were the worst bank but this bunch of clowns takes the cake!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Useless arrogant lot</p> <p> </p>

According to the post from nedbank they dont want to cause me any further distress, yeah thats a good one, havent laughed so long in ages!
I get told by them that i must now go to another branch and start playing their little game all over, they obviously believe people have nothing better to do than travel around the country as they think its a big joke to mess people around.
Incredibly bad service, the arrogance is simply astounding!!!!
