Clueless bunch

What a bunch of clueless people! I regret my decision of moving to this bank. They are not professional and dont solve any queries. They have debited my loan twice in 1 month and this after i spoke to several consultants who actually dont have a clue what the other consultant was telling you. Im so frustrated and will be taking them to the ombusdman.
