Club account problems

I have been trying from December 2025 to sort out our Club account with the bank. I finally got someone who knows how club accounts work. But I need to get my Internet banking details, but nobody is assisting me.

I have gone into the branch to ask for assistance and the person was not there, I left a message for him to phone me back but nothing happened.

I have emailed him for assistance but getting no response.

I have tried to phone his directly number, but nobody is picking up the number.

I have even tried to phone the national number but they are telling me to visit the branch.

This in unaccepetable and I feel they get paid so much for the service but we are not receiving service
