Club Account Blocked Nedbank

I am writing on behalf of Ditlou Junior Club regarding an ongoing issue with Nedbank. Our club's stokvel account has been blocked, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter directly with Nedbank, we have been unable to secure the required appointment to unblock the account. This has left us unable to access our funds. We were not informed that we needed to update our details to unblock the account. The lack of communication has contributed to the current situation and prolonged our inability to resolve the matter.

Given the lack of progress and the continued obstruction, we have decided to close the stokvel account. However, Nedbank's failure to engage with us has made this process unnecessarily difficult. We request your urgent intervention to assist us in resolving this matter, either by compelling Nedbank to facilitate the closure of our account or by ensuring they provide the necessary appointment to unblock it so we can proceed with closure ourselves.
