Closure and Cob's request

I sent an instruction on the 26th of May 2022 for my late uncle's accounts to be closed and requested Certificates of balances from ***.

I escalated the Matter numerous times but to date I have not received any single communication from Nedbank.

All the other financial institutions has rep**** or closed their accounts. The is no telephone number to call just emails which are not attended to.

IF this is what you call client service, it's pathetic.
