Closing of the 32 day notice account

Good day i opened a nedbank 32 day notice account last month due to a problem i have i went to the greenacres branch yesterday to close the account as i need the funds today. But the lady that assisted me was not helpfull as i asked her to close the account and penalize me should the be a need as i needed the funds asap. But she just informed me that i will only be getting the funds next month even the form she made me sign when i asked her why should it say notice of withdrawal instead of saying closing account she told me that the account will be closed automatically. Now i have to go and open a loan where as i have money inhand. Unfortunately i will never open any nedbank accounts or recommend nedbank when i get my money i will move to another bank and close the current account that i have with them
