Closing of Late Husband's Account.

My late husband had a secondary account with Nedbank, went to a branch in Vaal Mall shortly after his passing earlier in the year and was informed to bring in a letter of authority so that the account may be closed. I went back again last month as I now have a letter of Executor that was issued in May the consultant assisting was DIDI Mo***eng refused to help at first it was because in her own words he letter I had had just recently been issued and she didn't know where I got it from, secondly she was then able to see that there was a letter of executor issued but she could not open it and had no way of verifying that I was the one stated on the letter and she was not about to risk her job by closing that account despite that there are activities happening on the account, I now have to continuously have to pop-in the branch to check if she is still unable to view who is listed on the letter of executor.
