CLOSING OF CREDIT CARD

I closed my credit card in January 2015 , i paid three different settlement amounts which i got on the 19th then the 20th was told there is still another amount outstanding that's why i havent received a settlement letter as yet, so on the 21st again queried on the settlement letter and was told there is another amount outstanding, now 8 months later, i receive an sms saying that there is still an amount outstanding, i have not heard anything in the last 8 months i thought this was dealt with. i spoke to zanele last week who said she will send me a statement still haven't received anything called today and spoke to CIndy, i have now paid the amount which has gone up since last week , please can i get confirmation that my card is now closed and that i will not get any other unexpected amounts that needs to be paid.
