Closing my Busines Account with Nedbank

Last year I went to Nedbank and requested a brief summary of my account for the Tax year for Tax purpose. At the end the guy gave me a week by week account. It amounted to 104 pages. The banking cost was nearly R3000 But I am done with them.. They told me that it is the System. This year they gave me a brief account. Banking Cost R3000+
