Closing my account

Nedbank has debited my account on the 24th instead of the agreed date of the 28th. You have now debited my Landlord's money and refusing to reverse it without notifying me. If I didn't call your offices I would not have known. I would like my money back please. I never gave you consent for any type of early debit orders. Fix this asap
