Closing letter

I have been a client of Nedbank for many years I spoken to a gentleman 2 days ago he told me I can phone in 2 days time which is today to cancel and close my credit card and I will also get my closing letter the same day which I need urgently. I spoken to a gentleman today he said he can assist me with both then he closed my account when it came to the letter he said he couldn't assist me wtih that and put me through to another lady and she tells me a different story I need to wait for another 2 working just for a letter. I just need a closing letter that states that my account has been closed what is so difficult sbout that and they can't assist me in total im going to wait for more than 4 days just for a closing letter how can nobody assist me with this. I thought Nedbank would of been better than this
