Closing Credit Card

Good day

I paid up my Credit Card then, I contacted Nedbank to close my Credit Card, Guess what now they charged me Maintenance Fee R-26.09, Vat on Fee R3.91 and Credit Facility Fee R-39.13 and Vat on Fee –R5.87, now my credit Card went from Positive Value to R-89 0, I wonder if they will close my account. Can somebody maybe explain to me how to close Nedbank credit Card without phoning Card division? I went to Branch to close account still they showed me a Phone
