Closing all accounts due to disgusting service....

Most *********** call center agents. I called 6 time since this morning and every-time i spoke with a agent it's either they do not under me (maybe i need to speak in alien language) or their line disconnects. Spent R50 calling you guys and still have not resolved my simple query. Last month was the same thing. Seems like you guys have no idea what u are doing so please tell me how sure am i that my money is in the right hands. will be closing all my accounts and investments. You guys are so bad. You can go back and trace all my calls made and hear for yourself what your consultants are up. Its either they are tired, unpaid or probably not happy with their positions. That's how they sound on the phone...
