Closing accounts

I have now been trying to close my Credit card and American Express card for more than 3 weeks and I paid the settlement amount for both, I have been to a branch, I have spend hours on the phone to try and close these two accounts, but it seems that Nedbank is totally incapable of closing this. What a lot of BS! I have never experienced such bad service.,
