Closing Accounts
I got a phone call yesterday alerting me to the fact that my account was overdrawn. I got contacted by an agent who seemingly has not being trained on how to deal with clients. I did mention that I was going to rectify the situation as soon as possible, but today I receive a sms telling me my account is closed. I can't understand why you handle these situations the way you do. There are a myriad of other ways to handle this in a way that does not cause the customer to want to stop their business with you.
