Closed credit card account appearing on my profile

I have a credit card account which i requested for nedbank to remove from my profile was told numerous times that it will be removed now i keep on transferring money into a closed credit card account due to that. I called in on Tuesday to request Nedbank to reverse the funds which i paid into a closed credit card account till today no refund made. I need the money sorted out and reversed into the correct account urgently. the service at Nedbank is really bad and if this is not sorted out i will have to move my accounts elsewhere.
