CLOSED ACCOUNT STILL ACCRUING CHARGES!

On the 16 May 2022 03:20 PM, Halalisani Qwabe, our former Relationship banker: Small Business Services, sent us a confirmation that our account is closed. 6 months later, we are receiving notifications that our account is overdrawn. We have been trying to have it resolved but we are getting no joy. The service from the relationship banker has been unacceptable. every time we call, there's an excuse. He doesn't even have the decency to call us back. CAN NEDBANK PLEASE SORT THIS OUT.
