closed account in dec and debits still going off
Nedbank American express Platinum <br> <br> I closed my account on the 18th of December 2015, 4 months later you contact me to tell me I have a debit running and now owe you money, <br> <br> How can you allow debits on a closed facility - this is violation of my contract and also against the NCA - <br> I will be reporting this to the NCA, <br> <br> you have not contacted for 3 months already and now threaten my credit profile !<br> disgusted by the way you treat your premium customers !
