Close the account when you'll are ask to do so

Nedbank really I have been waiting for more then two months to close my account I have emails of your app chat where I ask to close this account... Now the account is on - R500. Because of bank charges. I will not pay it I ask for this account to be close I even deleted the app but still the account is not close.
