Close of account without informing

<p>Hi I missed payments on my nedbank account finally paid the account in full only to discover that the account has been closed without informing me even though I phoned them. the lady who helped me at nedbank in n1 city told me that the account would still be active as soon as the payment reflects. would have saved a lot of embarrassment if they only told me that the account was now closed before I went to swipe only to have my purchase declined</p>
