Client services offer No services

Client Services at the Killarney Nedbank offers service which the bank should be embarrassed about. We have phone numerous times (to a specific person) and sent emails (to the same and do not get a response. Should Nedbank contact me I will share the details of the person concerned. To add to my frustration, when calling the bank asking for Client services, Ive been put through to business banking. Cash department. One person has tried to help- his name is Brian Moilwas
