Good Day

I am writing on behalf of my son:

He opened up a MiGoals account last week. The bank called to offer him a card linked to this account. He accepted. The options given were – would you like to have it delivered to the bank or to your home THEY did not tell him that there was a charge attached to having it delivered to our home address. He chose home delivery.

Today he saw that he was charged R169 for delivery. This is unacceptable.

I would like the charge reversed.
