Clearing out of my Bank account

I have been with Nedbank for over 10 yrs. I went under Debt Review last year September. I cancelled all my debit orders off my savings account and did everything according to the book. Nedbank have been a continual problem every other month after reassuring me they support healthy Debt recovery. On the 25th of this month my debt review amount went off my account and 3 days later (sat 28th) Nedbank cleared my account of remaining funds. I am a single mother of 2 and this was my last salary as my contract ended. I went into the bank and was pushed from pillar to post while having a total meltdown in the bank and kept on hold for long periods between departments. The lady from the loans department who eventually spoke to me was so rude refusing to assist me with my refund, this after receiving my Debt review amount for the 6th month in a row now. But they (Nedbank) cancelled the debt review because it wasn't renewed so they collected over R7000 on my cheque account which I NEVER authorized and this was not even the original installment amounts. This has left me in a minus and I am due to move home in a week as we can't afford our rental and my children are now going hungry
