CLEAR MY CREDIT RECORD SSD AND NEDBANK

Hellopeter My rights as a customer have been abused by Nedbank and their lawyers. I took out a personal loan with Nedbank in 2012 which I couldn't finish to pay in time due to Retrenchment. Now Nedbank handed my account over to their lawyers for collection of which I obliged with them. Problem is they've stopped debiting when I was 8 months away to finish. Ever since then they've been sending me from pillar to post whenever I try to set up an arrangement with them, and I cannot afford a lawyer to help me here. I NEED TO CLEAR MY CREDIT RECORD!!!
