claims rejected

i did apply for insurance claims on my nedbank personal loan account because i got retrenched and dont have an income anymore. nobody could help on the call centre, then after a complaint they said i must apply, after waiting for a month and a half, i finally got feedback that my claim was rejected. NOTE, i am retrenched that is why i took insurance, now nedbank is rejecting everything, what is the use of nedbank insurance??? this is worst service ever.<br> <br> NOTE, I AM RETRENCHED!!! NO INCOME!!! NO PAYMENT!!!<br> <br> please get your managers too phone me to get this sorted out. this is unacceptable and unprofessional service from a bank.
