"Claim rejected with no basis"

So this claim has been going on since Early June and today i am told by the lady called Natasha that they have rejected the claim as they could not verify details. the incompetence of not even being able to answer what details they could not occupy. She appointed an assessor which i never spoke to her as the service provider by always got request from aguy called George whome i have never been told i would be communicating with. Thank you for ******** black people once again.
