Claim over 24hrs not attended to

No feedback for call logged over 24hrs ago and calls are not answered. This is absolutely unacceptable and not sure what to do anymore. Their home issuance department is not available when we have claims but never forget to do debit order on time. They'll even advise in time should the date you agreed upon be on Sunday. A geyser will make them not to attend either emails or calls. I've spend over 2 hrs today on the phone calling ***and again about an hour ***which they could not assist but transferred me as well. DO i have to spend a fortune just to get assistance. I'm so mad right now that I have to suffer while paying for the service. My earlier review was deleted surely by them
