Claim Not Processed

Good day<br> My house has been damaged for over a month, i reported this issue to Nedbank. An assessor from oeschger.biz came and assesd the Damaged, all documents requested where supp****. It has been a month and i cannot stay in my house. Nedbank has not sent anyone to do the repairs, The assesors dont respond to emails and calls , when i foolow up. I need to know the status of my claim:<br> How do ii claim for guards protecting the house?<br> How do i claim for temporary lodging?<br> When will the repairs commence?<br> This has cost me a lot of money and i need answers to move on with my life.
