Claim NO. C***

I called Nedbank Home owners isurance earlier this month regarding my roof and the ceilling in my garage. After a few days they send someone who came and evaluated the situation. He came and advised me that he was going to do a report and submit it to Nedbank. He did that and Nedbank called me last week on Monday or Tuesday to say they will only pay part of the claim as the other damage was wear and tear. I understood that andf agreed. They send me the forms to complete and send back to them. This was midweek on the week of the 7th.. I was advised that payment will be within 24 hours. On Friday the 11th I realized that I had omitted to state my bank details in order for them to make the payment. I quickly updated the form and took it to Nedbank Maponya Mall. Maponya Mall then send the form to them and confirmed receipt with on of their back office agents who would be doing the payment. Again I was told that the money will be in my account with 24 hours. On Saturday the 12th I again drove to Maponya Mall to finf out when would I ber paid. I personally spoke to a gentleman who advised me that thier back office ( who do payments) do not work on a Saturday however he can see that my claim was escalated to Moses but he could not release the payment on Friday because he was in a meeting therefore he can only release it today and payment will reflect in my account between 8:00 am and 9:00 am today.

Nothing is reflecting in my account. I again called Nedbank Home owners insurance dept, got through to Asnat who made me hold for about 30 minutes then comes back to me and says the claim has been released however payment will reflect in my account within 72 hours.

What is this? It looks like nobody what is going on I get different resopnsed from different people, I am supposed to pay the preople that are going to fix the issue today now I have to call them and apologize? Why is Nedbank doing this to me?

I pay them religeously every month without fail and this what I get? This is so so wrong. I am expecting this payment today before 12:00 midday.
