Claim for Insurance on Bond, But Nedbank still wants monthly Payments.

So after paying years and years on a Bond and Bondability insurance... the minute my Parents is not working no more... Nedbank Solution is to put their home on Auction... as they made it clear they don't give a rats ass what happens to their clients... ill never in my life do business with Nedbank ever.... The insurance claim is in but my Parents that's elderly must still pay on a monthly basis for a Bonabilty account... how u pay for something u claimed for...
