Claim declined due to *********** Nedbank employee

Nedbank insurance is the worst I have joined. Took out an insurance policy debit order didn't go through. called them was advise to do an eft and provided with the banking details. Did the payment, their finance team is very useless as it did not allocate the funds. Submitted a claim 30 may then they on the 12 july notify me that my policy lapsed due to no premiums received. Well they shared pop, bank statement, and they even requested a proof of account details to find a loop hole to decline my claim. Everything checked out. Then they come and say u must provide them with account details to refund the premiums paid.

Like how on earth do you refund something you did not receive?

Why must the customers be punished for your *********** staff.
