Claim No: C***. very disappointed with nedbank HOC on my recent claim. my house was flooded by geyser leak on fri night...after a recent fix by insurance... nedbamk has no way of assisting clients on HOC claims after hours nor weekends...they do not check on client satisfaction after claim...no followup...i had to wait fo mon to call 086..number n report tht house was flooded the while weeknd....to this point the geyser electrical still not fixed...ceilling damaged...wooden floor wet... wouldnt recommend nedbamk HOC to anybody
