CHRONIC MEDS PATIENT, NOW WITH NO MEDS

I received a message from Nedbank, stating that they were going to deduct my debit order on the 23rd of September. There was an option to decline, which I did, as I only get paid on the 25th, which is not a public holiday. I needed the little bit of money I had left, for my chronic medication. To my surprise, they took the money off on the 22nd. I will now be without my meds for 3 days. When I phoned to enquire, they said there was nothing they could do. This is not the first time I have had this problem. Pay day is payday, not any other date that Nedbank decide is payday. I am so very disappointed. I have been banking with them for years. I really never expected this sort of service.
