Christmas and New Year Ruined
If I could give a negative rating I would gladly.
So I have been a loyal customer with Nedbank for about 10 years and have had no problem with them up until now.
I received a MMS this morning stating "NOTIFICATION of authority to debit" to which an amount of R3931.77 was deducted from my bank account by CDR Unsecured Recoveries without my approval or even any commutation to notify me of the situation and due to the money being taken out of my account I am now unable to pay for my vehicle insurance and repayment of my vechile and I am also unable to pay for my mother's medication.
I work in the hospitality industry and I only earn R10 000 a month, so after all my expenses I am lucky if I end up with R1000 a month for food for myself and my senior mother as i am the only breadwinner in the household.
These past 5 years I have been struggling to keep my head above water and Nedbank (like all the other debt companies) never give anyone a chance to rebuild their lives after Covid19.
I am highly disappointed with Nedbank and I really really hope this situation can be resolved as soon as possible.
